Our head chef Matthias Schiedhelm is well connected in the region. He knows where to get the freshest ingredients, from which he and his kitchen crew compose exquisite dishes that make you happy. Enjoy your lunch or dinner in our historic parlour, which breathes the spirit of its almost 190-year history.

Warm kitchen
Lunch menu: 12 pm to 2 pm
Evening menu: 6 pm to 9.30 pm

Lunch on the terrace under the shade of the chestnut trees, an aperitif in the lounge. Everything is ready for your outdoor enjoyment. Perhaps accompanied by a nice wine? In any case, always accompanied by water – and from time to time a paddle steamer – for example the Schiller, built in 1906. And after a little rest, it's just a few steps down to a swim in the lake.
