Our head chef has many years of experience in renowned kitchens and combines the best of various culinary traditions in his creations. Together with his team, he creates dishes that inspire and delight the palate. Enjoy your lunch or dinner in our restaurant, which breathes almost 190 years of history and exudes the charm of times gone by in every detail.

Warm kitchen
Lunch menu: 12 pm - 2 pm
Evening menu: 6 pm - 9 pm

Lunch on the terrace under the shade of the chestnut trees, an aperitif in the lounge. Everything is ready for your outdoor enjoyment. Perhaps accompanied by a nice wine? In any case, always accompanied by water – and from time to time a paddle steamer – for example the Schiller, built in 1906. And after a little rest, it's just a few steps down to a swim in the lake.

A chilled glass of white wine in the golden evening light, a refreshing apéritif at sunset, or a glass of champagne to toast the moment – our lakeside lounge is the perfect place to unwind or simply enjoy the view. Casual, relaxed, and always with the lake right in front of you. Here, lightness meets joie de vivre – right in the heart of Weggis.

Snacks: daily from 12:00 - 14:00 & 18:00 - 9:30 p.m.
Drinks: daily until 12.00 pm to 9:00 p.m.

As the air turns crisp and the evenings grow longer, cosy comfort returns to the lake. Our lovingly decorated Chalet Du Lac invites you to enjoy warm winter evenings in a charming wooden setting – with candlelight, heartfelt hospitality, and all the beloved classics of Swiss alpine cuisine: delicious fondue, creamy raclette, and great company.
